Through several years working in school management at different levels, Lars has extensive experience in the connection between leadership, innovation and digital strategy. Lars is currently the Director of Education at Sweden’s National Agency of Education and has developed and launched several nationwide competence building programmes regarding change management, digitalisation and the implementation of educational technology in schools. He is currently working on implementing the National Digital Strategy for Education that the Swedish government decided on in late 2017.
