1. 請學校聯絡人以香港教育城（教城）教師、職員或學校管理員帳戶登入及填妥此表格，並核對資料無誤。
2. 成功報名後，即表示學校可競逐相應計劃的學校獎項。
3. 教城學校管理員須於學校帳戶管理系統更新學生帳戶資料，並將有關資料派發給學生，以參與計劃。詳情請聯絡　貴校之學校管理員或資訊科技統籌主任。

Thank you for joining Student Schemes 2020/21. Please note:

1. To enrol for your school, please log in with a teacher, staff or school administrator account and fill in the correct information.
2. Schools that have enrolled are entitled to school prizes of the corresponding schemes.
3. School Administrator should update the student account information through HKEdCity’s ‘School Accounts Administration System’, and distribute the account information to students for them to join the schemes. Please contact your school administrator or IT coordinator for details.
