1. How do teachers and students log in?
Click ‘Login with EdCity’ at Learnlex website. In the popup window, enter EdCity login name and password, then click ‘Sign In’.
2. Any special points to note for first time login?
Before proceeding, authorise EdCity to permit Learnlex accessing your profile, which will last until 31 Aug of the school year.
Students must login and accept terms mentioned in (i) before teachers could see them in the teacher’s user interface.
3. What support platforms available?
Learnlex is available on web.

4. What are the steps to add new teacher or student accounts?
Please advise your School Administrator to update teacher or student account information in EdCity’s School Accounts Administration System. Then, kindly send email to ereap@edcity.hk for reference.

5. Can I create custom group?
Click ‘GROUPS’ and ‘Create Group’. Enter Group name and click ‘Submit’. Click the pencil icon to Assign Schedule and Add Student to your group.
6. Can I schedule questions for my class or group?
Click ‘QUESTION SCHEDULES’ and ‘Create Question Schedule’. Enter Schedule Name and click ‘Next’. Select question and click the pencil icon to add question. Press ‘Save’ when you are done.
7. How do I assign schedule questions?
Click ‘GROUPS’ and Click the pencil icon next to the group you wish to assign. Assign Schedule to a Group or Class. Press ‘Update’ when you are done.
8. What are the difference between Group and Class Performance Reports?
Performance Reports > Group > Choose Group > View Average Of Completion and Average Of Average Score (set period of time on top right hand corner), teachers can view reports based on all students, a student or questions
Performance Reports > Class > Choose Class > View progress of specific and custom questions (set period of time on top right hand corner), teachers can view reports of each student
