有效扶助自閉兒,需由父母先做起
講座內容
The goal of early intervention is coach parents to facilitate their kids to get back on track an adaptive developmental pathway. Stanley Greenspan, an American world-renowned child psychiatrist, has proposed sequential levels of child social emotional development.
The mastery of the above six core capacities characterizes a child’s healthy development. On the contrary, deficient in or partial mastery of these capacities account for a child’s developmental delays or mental health symptoms. Thus, it is beneficial for all parents to understand young kids' normal social emotional development, and to coach those parents whose children have difficulties to engage them to relate and communicate with others. In this presentation, each level of the young kids' social emotional development will be illustrated with examples, and experiences how to coach parents to help their autistic kids succeed will also be shared.
