1. 報名參加比賽（2026年10月2日至2026年12月21日）
  Registration for the competition (From 2 October 2026 to 21 December 2026)
2. 遞交「國民身份認同應用程式設計比賽2026/27」的作品（2026年12月14日至2027年1月8日下午5時正）
  Submission of Work(s) for National Identity App Design Competition 2026/27 (From 14 December 2026 to 5:00pm, 8 January 2027)
請填妥表格，並核對資料無誤。

成功報名參加比賽後，請於2026年12月14日至2027年1月8日期間再次登入此表格遞交作品。
Please log in this form again from 14 December 2026 to 5:00pm, 8 January 2027 to submit your work(s), after successful registration for the competition.
