1. 請學校委派一位總負責教師，作為貴校2026 ／ 27「悦讀千里號」閲讀獎勵計劃的負責人。
2. 隨教育局通函第136／2026號附上2026／27「悅讀千里號」閱讀獎勵計劃報名表 (https://applications.edb.gov.hk/circular/upload/EDBCM/EDBCM26136C.pdf)。請填妥所需資料，並由貴校校長確認及簽署，並加蓋學校印章。
3. 請該總負責教師於2026年9月28日（星期一）或之前，以香港教育城「校本教師帳戶」登入本報名登記平台，填寫所需資料並上載報名表(只接受PDF格式的檔案，檔案大小不超過200 MB)，方為完成整個報名程序。
4. 本組收到貴校報名後，將於三個工作天內以電郵確認。
5. 教師及學生可於 2026 年 9 月 7 日至 9 月 28 日，以香港教育城帳戶登入閱讀紀錄平台 (https://edbcr-reading-scheme.com)，試用各項功能。

1. Schools are requested to designate a teacher to serve as the Overall Teacher-in-Charge of the 2026/27 “Joyful Thousand-Mile Reading Cruise” Reading Award Scheme.
2. The circular memorandum for the 2026/27 “Joyful Thousand-Mile Reading Cruise” Reading Award Scheme is accompanied by the application form (https://applications.edb.gov.hk/circular/upload/EDBCM/EDBCM26136E.pdf) . Please complete the required information on the application form. The school head should sign the form and affix the school chop after verifying that all information provided is accurate.
3. On or before 28 September 2026 (Monday), the Overall Teacher-in-Charge should log in to the HKEdCity Registration Platform using his/her HKEdCity “School-based Teacher Account”.  Fill in the required information, and upload the application form (accepted file format: PDF only, maximum file size: 200 MB) to complete the application procedure.
4. Upon receipt of an application from a school, an acknowledgement will be issued by email within three working days.
5. Teachers and students may, from September 7 to September 28, 2026, log in to the Reading Record Platform (https://edbcr-reading-scheme.com) using their HKEdCity account to access and trial the platform’s functions.
