以香港教育城（教城）校長、學校管理員、教師或學生帳戶登入及填妥表格，以競逐學校及個人獎項，請核對遞交資料正確無誤。
LPlease log in with a Hong Kong Education City (HKEdCity) principal, school administrator, teacher, or student account to complete the application form for school and individual awards. Please ensure the accuracy of all submitted information.

參加者須完成以下步驟：
Participants must complete the following steps:

填妥此報名表格
Complete the form to register
參加學生或已報學校之學生須使用教城學生戶口登入網站及按照計劃指示完成任務，賺取PICCKS學習積分。
Participating students or students of registered schools must log in to the website using a Hong Kong Education City (HKEdCity) student account and complete the tasks according to the programme instructions to earn PICCKS learning points.
