Please register 23 April 2026 (Thursday).
以香港教育城（教城）帳戶登入及填妥表格，並核對資料正確無誤。
Log in with a Hong Kong Education City (EdCity) account and complete the form.
參加者須完成以下步驟：
Participants must complete the following steps:
  1. 填妥此報名表格。
    Complete the form to register.
  2. 參加者將會透過已登記的電郵，於指定日子收到閱讀任務更新通知。
    Participants will receive notifications for reading tasks via registered email on the specified dates.
  3. 參加者須使用教城戶口登入網站及按照指示完成有關閱讀任務。
    Participants must log in to the website using EdCity account and follow the instructions to complete the related reading tasks.
