以香港教育城（教城）帳戶登入及填妥表格，並核對資料正確無誤。
Log in with a Hong Kong Education City (EdCity) account and complete the form.
參加者須完成以下步驟：
Participants must complete the following steps:
  1. 填妥此報名表格
    Complete the form to register
  2. 參加者將會透過已登記的電郵，於指定日子收到自學任務通知
    Participants will receive notifications for self-learning tasks via registered email on the specified dates
  3. 參加者須使用教城戶口登入網站及按照指示完成有關自學任務即可。
    Participants must log in to the website using EdCity account and follow the instructions to complete the related self-learning tasks
