‘National Identity’ Mobile App Design Competition
  1. 此報名表格分為兩部分：
    This registration form consists of 2 parts:
    1. 報名參加比賽（2024年1月18日至2024年2月29日）
      Registration for the competition (From 18 Jan 2024 to 29 Feb 2024)
    2. 遞交「國民身份認同應用程式設計比賽」的作品（2024年3月10日至4月17日下午5時正）
      Submission of Work(s) for ‘National Identity’ Mobile App Design Competition (From 10 March to 5:00pm, 17 April 2024)
  2. 以香港教育城（教城）教師或學校戶口管理人帳戶登入及填妥表格，並核對資料無誤。
    Log in with HKEdCity Teacher or School Admin account to complete the form.
  3. 成功報名參加比賽後，請於2024年4月17日下午5時正前再次登入此表格遞交作品。
    Please log in this form again on or before 5:00pm on 17 April 2024 to submit your work(s), after successful registration for the contest.
  4. 每間學校每個組別最多可派5隊並提交5份作品，每隊需由2-6名學生組成。
    Only 5 teams per level will be accepted from each school, and each team should consist of 2-6 students.
