報名參加演說（2023年10月9日至2024年1月12日） Registration for giving speech (From 9 October 2023 to 12 January 2024)
All types of account can enrol in the programme for students. Please complete this application form carefully and check if all the information is correct before submission. 此表格供所有類型帳戶為學生報名參加。請細心填寫申請表格，並在遞交前預覽所填寫的資料是否正確。
學生可以個人或以二人一隊的形式參賽。請填妥參賽學生的姓名、學校、年級，以及聯絡方式。 Students can participate individually or in a group of two. Please fill in the names, school(s), class(es) and contact information.
每一帳戶最多只能同時填寫一「個人參加」資料及一「組別參加」資料。 Every account can fill in one Individual Participation and one Group Participation information at most.
不論是「個人參加」還是「組別參加」，都必需要填寫演說大綱。是否上傳影片，則可按需要而定。 It is required to fill in Speech Summary for either Individual or Group participation. Uploading video is optional.
