Part A - Registration for Competition

此報名表格分為兩部分：
This registration form consists of 2 parts:
1. 報名參加比賽（2022年6月1日至9月30日）
  Registration for Competition (From 1 June to 30 September 2022)
2. 遞交參賽作品、簡介影片及作品計劃書（2022年6月15日至10月17日）
  Submission of Work(s), Introductory Video(s) & Introductory Proposal (From 15 June to 17 October 2022)
以香港教育城（教城）教師或學校管理人帳戶登入及填妥報名表格，並核對資料無誤。
Log in with EdCity Teacher or School Admin account to complete the form.
成功報名參加比賽後，請於2022年6月15日至2022年10月17日期間再次登入此表格，提交參賽作品、簡介影片及作品計劃書。
Log in this form again between 15 June 2022 and 17 October 2022 to submit your Work(s), Introductory Video(s) & Introductory Proposal.
每間學校參賽的隊伍數目不限，每隊須由2至4名學生組成。請按學生於2021/22或2022/23學年的年級報名。
There is no limit on the number of participating individuals or teams for each school, and each team should consist of 2 to 4 students. Please register according to students’ grades of 2021/22 or 2022/23 academic year.
每隊只能遞交一份作品。
Each team can only submit one entry for the competition.
