In view of schools’ active participation in Free Use of ‘eRead Scheme’, the EDB has decided to extend the free use period of the Scheme to 31 August 2021. 免費使用「e悅讀學校計劃」服務期有效至2021年8月31日。 The service period of the Free Use of 'eRead Scheme' is effective until 31 August 2021.
參與學校需委派一位負責教師填寫申請表格，並統籌選書事宜。申請流程： Participating schools should assign a teacher-in-charge and complete the application form, and coordinate the book selection. The application procedure:
以香港教育城（教城）教師、職員或學校管理員帳戶登入此表格，輸入資料後並遞交後，教城會向您發放電郵，並附上「已填寫部分資料之申請回條」的PDF檔案。 Log in to this form with a HKEdCity teacher, staff or school administrator account, fill in the information and submit. We will email you with a 'partially completed reply slip' in PDF format attached.
請下載PDF檔案並列印，經校長或副校長簽署以及學校蓋印後，將該「已填妥之申請回條」掃描成PDF檔案，並電郵至info@edcity.hk。 Please download the PDF file and print it out, then complete it with the signature of the principal / vice principal and school chop. Then please scan this 'completed reply slip' as a PDF file and email it to info@edcity.hk.
遞交「填妥之申請回條」後，教城會以電郵確認 貴校申請，並與您跟進選書事宜。 After the ‘completed reply slip’ is submitted, we will email you to confirm your school application and follow up the book selection with you.
