Puzzle provided by Highlights

‘If you look to your right, you can find a tower of giraffes!’ said the guide of the safari.

When you look at giraffes, the first thing you notice might be their exceptional height. They are the tallest among all mammals, and they need vast amount of food to support their bodies! Their favourite foods are the leaves of the acacia tree, and these gentle giants spend most of their waking hours eating as they can consume up to 34 kg of food per day! People often use ‘a tower of giraffes’ as a collective noun to describe a group of giraffes. Can you guess why?
