Paddles up! It’s dragon boat time! Every year in Dragon Boat Festival, there are dragon boat races throughout Hong Kong. Do you know the reason behind this exciting tradition?

Dragon Boat Festival is the day to commemorate the death of Qu Yuan, a loyal government official and poet who drowned himself in the Miluo River. Legend has it that villagers threw rice into the river to feed the fish and beat drums to scare them off, because they wanted to prevent the fish from eating Qu Yuan’s body. That’s why we have the tradition of getting rice dumplings and dragon boat racing in modern days.

Challenge!

Can you find the objects hidden in the big picture?
