Kung hei fat choi! Do you go and visit your relatives in the Chinese New Year (CNY) holiday? It must be a fun and busy holiday for you especially if you have an extended family. Besides visiting relatives,the best part of the lunar new year is the numerous celebrations in the city, such as lunar new year fair, fireworks, parade and so on. In Hong Kong, we have the lion dance or dragon dance parade in the new year. This tradition is supposed to bring good fortune and scare off evil spirits with the powerful music and dance. These performances always bring joy and create a dynamic atmosphere around us.
