Monster is humming while putting on his snorkel. ‘You are going to collect coral again?!’ Robin is still angry at Monster. ‘No! I'm going to pick up the rubbish near the coral.’ Monster explains. ‘That's good!’ Robin seems satisfied. ‘I helped the coral. See, I found a star!’ Monster is so happy. ‘Starfish?! Murderer!’ Robin exclaims again. ‘I don't want to be your friend anymore!’ Robo says angrily. ‘WHAT? IT'S A FISH?!’ Monster is shocked.

Coral reefs are being threatened by climate change, fishing activities, overuse of reef resources, and harmful land-use practices. They are in danger. We should help to save them, and the sea animals that depend on them for food and shelter!

We can help by throwing all rubbish into proper containers but not to the sea and cleaning up the beaches. When we enjoy watching coral reefs during diving or swimming, we should never touch, walk on, stand on or collect them. And we should buy coral souvenirs only if they have been aqua-culture raised and collected!
