It's summer time! It's really nice to go out and have fun. For outdoor activities, you may need a helmet or a life jacket. But it would be smart if you also protect yourself against the sun! Here's how:

Wear sun protective clothing, a hat and sun glasses
Use sunscreen or sunblock to protect your skin (Don’t forget to keep applying it from time to time!)
Stay in the shade if it’s really too hot
Drink more water

If you get sunburnt, you should keep away from the sun at once. Take a cool bath and use appropriate lotion or cream to relieve the pain. Protect yourself and enjoy the sun, everyone!
