農業生物技術講座系列（十五）作物中的生物活性化合物

Description: This talk will introduce the bioactive compounds in crops and their classification. Speaker Prof Jack Wong will talk about the role of different bioactive compounds in health promotion and prevention of diseases, and explain different extraction methods of bioactive compounds from plant products. Additionally, he will share his works to demonstrate the novel cardiovascular benefits of active compounds from food sources. The target audience includes international scholars, researchers, agricultural industry as well as the general public.
