農業生物技術講座系列(14)農田污染:我們究竟在吃什麼?(2021 年 12 月 2 日)

Description: The talk will give an overview on contemporary chemical pollution in the modern world. It will then focus on a few emerging pollutants in the agricultural field, including mercury and microplastics, and go over factors increasing the exposure of crop to these chemicals, as well as provide an estimation of risk to our health due to the food consumption. Finally, a few remediation approaches will be introduced and discussed.

The target audience includes international scholars, researchers, agricultural industry as well as the general public.
