Please print this application form out and send the completed form to us by fax at 2624 1088. We will open a school account for your school within 3 working days upon receiving your fax. When it is ready, the contact person will receive a confirmation email. Should you have any enquires or problems, please email to info@hkedcity.net or call at 2624 1000. The information collected will be kept restrictedly confidential. Please refer to the HKedCity's Privacy Policy for more details.

Forgot School Admin Account Password?
If you cannot remember the School Admin Account Password, please print this form out and send the completed form to us by fax at 2624 1088. We will reset your account password within 3 working days upon receiving your fax. The new password will be sent to the email address listed in the form.

Once the school account application is accepted, we will provide the following accounts for the school (the code "myc" is used as an example).

You can manage all the Student Accounts under your school. Please login to your School Admin Account (the user ID is "myc-admin" in this case), then go to the School Account Administration Page (http://www.hkedcity.net/schoolservices/).
