內容摘要：	早前播出的真人騷《我要做廚神》叫好叫座，成功打造多位星級廚師，帶起烹飪熱潮，今個夏天煮食風氣蔓延至小朋友世界。緊接這股熱潮，明珠台將由7月27日起，逢星期三及四，每周連續兩晚播映新一輯真人騷－《明珠消暑精選：做個小廚神》(Summer Fun: Junior MasterChef)。 節目由澳洲Channel Ten電視台主辦，吸引了超過5,500名八至十二歲的澳洲小朋友報名參加這個全澳招募的小廚神比賽。經第一輪篩選，50人進入淘汰賽，再經過考驗，最強20位小朋友才能晉級參與真正的小廚神爭奪戰，包括創意大測試、團隊比賽、壓力測試、味覺挑戰等。最後誰能贏出成為小廚神呢？

About the Seminar Join Eric Lauzon, Chief Information Officer for IB, as he explores the interplay between education and technology in the digital age. Is education ready for the generation Z, the digital natives? Are we about to witness a massive transformation of education? The presentation will highlight the importance of integrating technology in education for an increased global understanding for schools. In addition, he will explore various initiatives from around the world. He also will address how new collaborative approaches can offer unique opportunities for education technology stakeholders.
About the Speaker Eric joined the International Baccalaureate (IB) as Chief Information Officer in April 2009, bringing with him more than 22 years of solid technology expertise and experience across multiple countries and complex projects. Eric leads a global team whose mandate is to ensure the strategic, effective and efficient use of technology to drive and support an anticipated 10,000 IB World Schools and 2? million students by 2020. Widely lauded as an industry visionary for his thought leadership, Eric’s views are regularly sought after by global audiences. He speaks frequently and passionately at key international events, especially about empowering young people and alleviating poverty through the strategic use of technology, as well as the greening of IT. He has also been a contributor to the One Laptop Per Child programme, whose mission is to help provide every child in the world with access to a modern education. Eric has co-authored a book in 2008 entitled “Building a Green IT Team” from the “Inside the Minds” series of books. He also pens a bi-monthly column for Enterprise Innovation, a premier business and technology publication. Eric holds four technical patents. Prior to the IB, Eric spent 22 years at Nortel, where he held several leadership positions in Canada, the UK, China and Singapore. He was in Singapore for three years as Nortel’s CIO for Asia-Pacific with full responsibility for driving IT solutions across the region, supporting more than 7,000 employees and partners.

在過往三年的「流動影片製作比賽」，我們都得到非常熱烈反應，參賽作品質素亦保持高水準。比賽歡迎所有本地獨立製作人或學生參加，影片長度則必須為30秒至5分鐘。 參賽作品評選將分為兩部分，將由來自不同界別的專家作評審。

參賽資格 ： 所有參賽單位必須為合法香港居民。

About the Seminar This is a practical demonstration of the new features in Moodle 2.0 and will be of particular interest to educators and administrators involved in online learning. Moodle is one of the leading learning management systems (LMS) in the world today. The latest version has taken over 3 years to develop and incorporates a range of new features that will allow Moodle to serve as an extremely flexible learning platform enabling organisations to deliver their online courses.
About the Speaker Shane Elliott is a Director of Pukunui Technology, an Australian Moodle partner. He is part of the Moodle core development team and has been involved with Moodle since it’s earliest versions. At Pukunui he is a lead developer, trainer and consultant, assisting organisations in implementing their online learning solutions.
