Teachers' Corner aims to build online communities for English teachers in Hong Kong by providing a variety of learning and teaching packages and platforms.
In conjunction with Hong Kong Polytechnic University, WEP enables secondary school students to learn English phonetic sounds, the IPA and word pronunciation skills through innovative material and a series of online tasks, tutorials and quizzes. In conjunction with the Chinese University of Hong Kong, this self-access learning platform aims to enhance English teachers' awareness of different written text-types; and to nurture their skills in developing activities for their own students. (A Teacher Account at HKEdCity is needed.)
