Hello.
Welcome to Youth Speak. Today, we will teach you scary
words. For example: I
watched a horror film last night. I was afraid. |
| Steve:
|
Stop!
Cut! That's not the way we speak. It's like this:
I
watched a film last night, called "The Ring".
It was so spooky! |
| Sally:
|
Oh...
I see. |
| |
|
|
| Ken:
|
Heh
you guys! A bunch of us are going to a haunted house to
sleep tonight. You guys want to join? It'll be really
creepy! |
| John:
|
No
way! |
| Jane: |
You're
weird. |
| James:
|
Are
you nuts? It would freak me out if
I saw a ghost! |
| |
[James
turns around to see a ghost –Steve with a mask over him.] |
| All:
|
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh! |
| Ken:
|
That's
so tacky. |
| |
[Steve
takes off the mask and laughs.] |
| |
|
Clark
Kent |
| |
[Steve
goes up to Candy in the common room] |
Steve:
|
Hi
Candy. The Halloween dance is tonight. Do you
want to go with me? |
Candy:
|
No
thanks. I'm going with Clark Kent. |
| Steve: |
Clark Kent! The Superman? |
| Candy:
|
Yes.
Hi Clark! |
| |
[Candy
waves at Clark Kent and walks away with him, holding hands.] |
| Candy:
|
Bye
Steve. |
| Clark:
