My Future Days -- Business and Finance

I did not study business subjects before and I do not have much understanding about business. In a career talk organized for English in the Air - My Future Days, through talking with an experienced businessman, Mr. David Wong, I learn that business is an exciting world. It was about how much we want to know about people and customers, as well as how much we can offer our customers. In the business world, daily achievement should be focused, as the next day is another new world.

Not to concern salary is David's career key. What he actually cares is how much he can gain through the job, for instance, knowledge and experience. David has never asked about the salary before 30, and this is what he advises us as well.

Below are areas David suggests us to think about if we are involved in business:
1. How to make our customers happier
2. How to make our customers come back again
3. How to build the relationships, with customers, producers...
Most importantly, we should not focus on short term.
