Thank you for your support to English in the Air 2003/04. All the competitions of the online games were completed and winners were announced. The prize presentation was held on 10 July 2004. Let's experience this joyful moment again.

To
introduce "English in the Air" project and the teaching/learning
materials/activities developed for this project, Hong Kong Education
City (HKedCity) conducted four teachers' workshops on 17 October
2003, 15 November 2003, 10 January 2004 and 6 March 2004 accordingly.
Mr.
Graham Young, an experienced teacher from English Schools Foundation
who had worked with local students in Hong Kong for over 10 years,
shared with the teachers his experience in encouraging students to
watch healthy TV programmes to learn English.
All workshops were completed. Check out the photos,

In order to provide cultural
exchange for local and international school students, and to provide
opportunities for students to communicate in English,
Hong Kong Education City and English Schools Foundation organized
3 "Cultural Days" on different themes
in December 2003, and February and April 2004. Over 650 junior secondary
school students joined in the activities which included language
games, music and craft.

"My Future Days" is an event
organized for local students to meet professionals from various
fields. This would be an excellent opportunity to get advice on
future career possibilities in an informal environment.
