Learn more about insects

Insects are the biggest group of animals in the world. There are about 1,000,000 known animal species. More than 800,000 of these are insects.

Insects can be dirty and scary. They can also be beautiful, like butterflies.

Hong Kong is home to many interesting species of insect, as you will know if you ever go to the countryside. We should even respect cockroaches. They can live nearly anywhere.
