American teenagers have different lives to us. Each week, we'll show you one difference.
1.
Homecoming
In the first episode of Smallville, it is Homecoming. This happens
in most schools in America, at the same time every year. Old students
come back to school. There is a big parade through the town. There
is usually an American football game against the same team every
year. There is also a school dance. The students choose a Homecoming
King and Queen. The King is usually good at sports.
