Synopsis

Here's what Lizzie and friends get up to:
	Kate is the cheerleader captain.

	She always tells Lizzie, Gordo and Miranda what to do.

	Kate falls over and dislocates her shoulder.

	She is thrown out of the cheerleading team.

	Claire takes over as captain.

	Lizzie, Miranda and Gordo realise that Kate was not so bad. Claire is a monster!

	Lizzie feels sorry for Kate. She wants to help her.

	She teaches her some one-armed stunts.

	Kate tells Claire she can be a good cheerleader even with one arm.

	Claire tries to copy Kate's stunts.

	Claire falls and sprains her wrist.

	Kate becomes captain of the cheerleading team again.

	Things go back to normal.

	Lizzie is pleased when she sees Kate invite Claire to join the team at their table.

Here's what Matt gets up to:
	Meanwhile, Matt has a part in the school play.

	He starts to behave like a prima donna.

	Mum and Dad decide to talk to him about it.

	Matt loses his voice, and cannot perform in the school play.
