Stage-1: Road Scholars Re-discovering Hong Kong
Round 3: Coastal Riches
An aspect of Hong Kong's coastal riches to protect / develop
a. Identify an aspect of Hong Kong's coastal riches, for example, those in the sea, those at waterfronts, those on beaches;

b. Show how / why you think it should be protected and/or developed;
c.

Show who in Hong Kong are likely to benefit from the protection and/or the development that you think is appropriate;

Send your brief proposal (150 words maximum) to English in the Air by 24 February 03:

In the proposal, include some information on the 3 items above.

d. Present your creative work in the form of a 15-minute video;
