Glad to inform you that the briefing session for the 15th HKChO was completed successfully on 21/11/2009. For details of the speech content, please refer to the Download section of this website. Besides, enrolment for the competition is now open to all while special attention should be paid to the due time of enrolment, which is 11:00pm on 4/1/2010.
