There are two types of Principal Accounts at HKEdCity. A "Principal Account" is created by your school administrator at our school membership admin page and is affiliated with your school. A "Principal Personal Account" is created by an individual user at HKEdCity and belongs to the individual user.

Both "Principal Account" and "Principal Personal Account" holders can login to HKEdCity's platforms for teachers and principals only. However, as a "Principal Account" is affiliated with your school, you will not be able to keep records of all your online learning and interactions at HKEdCity should you leave the school. In order to keep all records in your personal profile, you are highly recommended to apply for or convert your existing teacher account to a "Principal Personal Account".

Procedures for creating a "Principal Personal Account":

Login at HKEdCity by using your teacher account. (If you do not have a teacher account yet, please apply for it now.)
Fill it the online form and fax it back to us for verifying the account as a principal account.

Should you have any queries about your Principal Account, please consult your school IT administrator.
