
Easter is the festival related to the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Resurrection is the event in which Jesus came back to life after he was crucified. Therefore, we usually associate this festival with concepts of rebirth, new beginnings, etc. Some sources point out that rabbits and eggs represent Easter as they are symbols of fertility. Poem Writing Competition
Write a poem on Easter. You can use rabbits or eggs as the theme, or you can write something related to rebirth, Christianity, or other concepts about Easter. The poem should not be more than 150 words. The best 20 pieces will be awarded a prize. The deadline for submission of your works is 31 March 2005. Results will be announced in late April.
